Your eyelid surgery trip to Prague
The clinic is in central Prague, a 2–3 minute walk from I. P. Pavlova metro station (red line C). Surgery takes about 45 minutes under local anaesthesia and you leave the same day.
Day 1 — arrive
Fly into Prague (PRG) and rest. From the airport, the Airport Express (AE) bus runs to Praha hlavní nádraží, then it is one metro stop to I. P. Pavlova; a taxi takes about 30 minutes.
Day 2 — surgery
Around 45 minutes under local anaesthesia, no hospital stay. We recommend arriving the night before and staying at least 2 nights after the surgery.
Days 3–4 — recover in Prague
Light recovery and gentle sightseeing. On the flight home: drink plenty of water, use eye drops, skip alcohol and coffee, move around and sleep upright if you can.
Days 7–10 — stitches out
Stitches can be removed by your GP at home, or free of charge at our clinic if you stay in Prague longer. Your doctor plans the details with you at the free online consultation.
